Welcome to Adesua AI. By accessing or using our platform at adesua.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use Adesua AI.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Adesua AI platform, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Adesua AI is a project-based AI learning platform that provides guided projects, AI coaching, community access, and optional 1-on-1 expert sessions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the platform at any time with reasonable notice to users.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately via our Discord server if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payments and Expert Sessions

Certain features, including 1-on-1 expert coaching sessions, require payment. By purchasing a session or package:

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.
Sessions are scheduled after payment is confirmed.
Refund requests may be submitted within 2 months of purchase. We do not offer refunds once a session has been completed, or after the 2-month refund window has passed, unless the session is cancelled by Adesua AI.
If a session is cancelled by us, you will receive a full credit or reschedule at no cost.
You agree to use purchased hours within 2 months of purchase. Unused hours beyond this period will expire and are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
Share your account credentials or allow others to access the platform using your account.
Copy, redistribute, or resell any course content, project materials, or platform resources without express written permission.
Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure.
Post or transmit any content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes the rights of others.
Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Adesua AI platform, including but not limited to course materials, project guides, written content, graphics, and software, is the property of Adesua AI or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform content for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes only.

7. User-Generated Content

If you share work, projects, or content through the platform, you retain ownership of your content but grant Adesua AI a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and promote your work for platform and marketing purposes (e.g., showcasing learner projects). You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us via our Discord server.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Adesua AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of content for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adesua AI and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party services including Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), and LinkedIn. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration or the courts of the jurisdiction where Adesua AI is registered.
